Our firm uses flexible fees, depending on the case. This enables you to decide whether you would like to pay per hour or to agree on a fixed fee. It is also possible to let the Lawyer’s wages depend on the results. In this case a basic fee needs to be agreed upon.
During our intake, we will check if you are liable for financial legal aid. If this is the case and we accept your case financed by legal aid, the lawyers fee will be compensated for by the Government. However, you will be responsible for your own personal contribution.
