About us

KCA Advocaten was founded by Jeroen van Kuijk and Shirin Cetinkaya-Ahmad in order to establish a firm in which their mutual personal vision on ‘how to practice Law’ is represented and realized: Transparent no-nonsense representation at competitive cost, a personal eye, attention and ‘of course’ heart for the case and client.

This means we always attempt to achieve the best and of course cheapest solution for our client. It is therefore possible, we might sometimes advise you not to start a judicial procedure, but to try and make an arrangement outside of Court. If this is not possible, however, and legal procedure is necessary, we will be there with you and go for the best obtainable results.
